Miss Michelle

Michelle is the proud founder and principal of Blue Starz Dance & Theatre school. Michelle started dance training as a child  in Cambridge, England and performed professionally from a young age along with her identical twin, Emily.  Together they appeared in several Dance productions, Commercials, Films & Television shows. Michelle graduated from Bird College of Performing Arts in London with a BA (Hons) in Dance and Theatre performance.  She went on to tour the world with the Irish dance sensation Spirit of the Dance, many British Pop acts, sailed the Baltics, and later went on to perform with the Osmond Brothers in Branson, Missouri.  Michelle had been teaching for over 10 years at dance and theatre schools in Cambridge and London before moving to Los Angeles in 2007 to continue a career in dance & theatre.  In 2010 the dream of opening a performing arts school, geared towards the youngest of performers, came true.  As well as guest teaching and the day to day running of Blue Starz, Michelle is the co-founder of Petite Performers; a franchise performing arts school for pre-school children.  Petite Performers currently has branches across London, Los Angeles, New York, New Zealand & Asia.  Michelle still performs regularly and is an original cast member, currently dancing for the LA Follies, here in Los Angeles!
